The Grand Imam has also made sure that the Delegation includes female members to maintain that Al Azhar, as the world’s largest Islamic institution, bears a humanitarian message to all fellow Rohingya Muslims, males and females alike.
It should also be noted that the distribution of humanitarian and medical aids, provided by the CME, continue for five days as per the directives of the Grand Imam of Al Azhar, the President of CME, Sheikh Ahmad At Tayyeb.
