During his meeting with the Delegation of the Evangelical Community, the Grand Imam, "Unity of Egyptians on occasions and feasts is a unique model of coexistence for the world".

    On Wednesday, his Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Prof. Ahmed Aṭ-Ṭayyeb received the delegation of the Egyptian Evangelical Community, headed by Pastor Dr. Andri Zaki, Head of the Evangelical Community, to congratulate him on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan and the upcoming Eid ul-Fiṭr (the post-Ramadan fasting Feast).

     His Eminence the Grand Imam expressed his joy with the congratulation of the symbols of the Evangelical community, indicating that the unity and spirit of sharing of the Egyptians in all occasions and feasts show to the world a unique model of coexistence among the people of one nation.

     On its part, the delegation of the Evangelical Church congratulated the Grand Imam on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan and the upcoming of ‛Eid ul-Fiṭr (Ramadan Feast), wishing him and every Muslim a long lifetime of health and wellness, and for Egypt to maintain security and stability. It stated that his Eminence the Grand Imam is the greatest religious figure in the Muslim world.
