Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and its Grand Imam, Prof. Ahmed Aṭ-Ṭayyeb extended their sincere congratulations to President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, First Lieutenant General Muhammed Ahmed Zaki, Minister of Defense and Military Production, Armed Forces leaders, officers and soldiers, as well as the great Egyptian people on the occasion of the 37th Anniversary of the Liberation of Sinai. Al-Azhar asserts that Egypt will continue to remember the sacrifices of our Armed Forces, which gave the finest examples of sacrifice and redemption in order to liberate this precious part of the homeland. It also calls upon Almighty Allah to bring this occasion back to Egypt and the Egyptians with goodness, fortune, blessings and prosperity.
