What are the Miqats (stated places) of Ihram (clothing worn during the ritual state for Hajj and ‘Umrah)?

The Miqat is a place that the pilgrims should not pass without wearing Ihram.

The Miqat for those living in Medina and for all others coming from that direction is Dhu Al-Hulayfah (Abyar Ali).

The Miqat for the people of Syria and Egypt and for those coming from that direction is Al-Juhfah (Rabigh).

The Miqat for the people of Najd and for those coming from that direction is Qarn Al-Manazil (Al-Sayl).

The Miqat for the people of Yemen and all others coming from that direction is Yalamlam (Al-Sa‘diah).

The Miqat for the people of Iraq and for those coming from that direction is Dhat Irq.
