Claiming that the Universe is Confined to Tangible Physical Objects Contradicts Simplest Rules of Reason and Proofs of Logic, says AIRA Secretary-General
In the 13th episode of his program “Toward Proper Understanding”, the AIRA Secretary-General, Dr. Nazir Ayyad, keeps on refuting some fallacies by which some atheists deny the existence of Allah Almighty.
The Secretary-General said that the fallacy of denying the unseen is an old one on which atheists have depended to deny the existence of Allah Almighty and the unseen world altogether. This fallacy relies on the idea that the physical universe is what is seen by the eye and perceived by the senses, and there is no unseen or metaphysical world.
He showed that according to the aforementioned argument all this is just an assumption and assumptions have no place when it comes to creation because creation is related to doctrinal matters, which cannot be based on doubts and illusions.
What confirms the corruption and deviation of this fallacy is what is known as the “moral evidence” which is the inner strength of each individual and how it differs from one person to another and how it drives him to right, wrong, good or evil, and how to reward him for good and punish him for evil. There is no doubt that they are tangible but invisible feelings; we realize their presence through their effects on persons.
Finally, AIRA Secretary General showed that the fallacy of those who say that the universe is confined to the tangible physical objects contradicts the perceived reality and the soul, which we believe that it exists though it is invisible. In spite of its existence, we cannot determine its essence or place.
