AIRA Launches a New Program - "CREATIVITY" - to Enhance the Talents of Foreign Students in Islamic Mission City

Al-Azhar Islamic Research Academy (AIRA) announced the beginning of a new program called "Creativity" next week in the Islamic Mission City which includes a number of workshops for foreign students to train them on arts, such as: Arabic calligraphy, drawing, photography, decoration and other artworks.

This program is one among several activities offered by the Academy to foreign students in Islamic Mission City under supervision of His Eminence Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb.

The Secretary General of the Islamic Research Academy confirms that these workshops fall within the ongoing activities which are conducted by the Academy for foreign students to develop their skills and encourage them to innovate and try to protect them from any attempts polarizing them away from Al-Azhar Al-Sharif moderate approach. The participants are experts from Al-Azhar University and outside, specialized in different arts included in the program.

Moreover, the Secretary General declares that the program comes under Al-Azhar interest to support foreign students, to promote them scientifically, artistically and culturally, and to disseminate the sense of creativity and innovation among them.
