Messages from the Grand Imam’s Visit to Al-Rawdah Mosque!

His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayyeb accompanied by a group of scholars from Al-Azhar Al-Shairf’s paid an important visit last Friday to Al-Rawdah Mosque in North Sinai, which witnessed the massacre of more than 300 Muslim persons. By this visit, Al-Tayyeb, the highest Sunni Muslim clerk, wants, in actuality, to convey a number of vital messages, as follows:
1-    To strongly stress that these terror acts are totally against Islam, the religion of mercy that calls for maintaining peace among all mankind, irrespective of their different creeds, races, colors, etc.
2-    Those murderers who dared to defy Almighty Allah and His Messenger and shed noble blood in one of the prayer houses of Allah are wicked transgressors and Khawarij
3-    The Prophet (PBUH) described those terrorist groups in terms that are now crystallized through their deeds. He said " By the end of time (in this world), there would emerge a people, juvenile and foolhardy, who would speak in the words of the best of humanity [the Prophet PBUH], and would recite the Qur’an without it going any deeper than their collarbones. They would deviate from the religion in the way an arrow deviates from the game animal. Whenever you meet them, kill them. For killing them brings a reward for their killer on the Judgment Day.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim)
4-    To declare to the entire world that Egypt will never surrender to these satanic ideologies based mainly on misunderstanding and ignorance.
5-    To declare to the entire world that the so-called ISIS is not but a mere terrorist group whose members are aggressive terrorists that should be killed under the rulings of the Islamic Sharia.
6-    To urge the Egyptians to unite and to cooperate to eradicate this phenomenon, which is strange to the land and people of Egypt?
7-     To tell the family of victims that Al-Azhar along with all the Egyptians feel their pains and suffering.
