Deputy of Al – Azhar, Dr. Abbas Schuman received Monday 23/2/2015 prof Khalid Mohammed Rajab, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation To prepare for the signing of a protocol of cooperation between Al-Azhar and the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
Protocol provides that the scholars and preachers of Al - Azhar, will aware people with the importance of water, through their convoys in youth centers, schools, Al-Azhar institutes, youth clubs and intellectual forums and The teachings of Islam for water, to keep every drop and to use it in a good way.
The Grand Imam of Al – Azhar Al-Sharif, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayyeb will sign in early March the protocol with the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, Dr. Hosam Al-Din Mohammed Maghazi in a Conference attended by a large number of ministers, scientists and all institutions and sectors concerned to that issue.
