Prof. Ahmad Al-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and the president of the Muslim Council of Elders witnessed, today October 11, 2018, signing a memorandum of understanding on collaboration between Al-Azhar University and the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan. Prof. Muhammad al-Mahrasawy, the President of Al Azhar University, represented Al-Azhar part in the memorandum and Prof. Shahrat Yawqatshiv, the President of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, represented the Academy.
