The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Congratulates the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on the “Founding Day”
His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmed Al-Taiyeb, extends his sincere congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and the Saudi people on the occasion of “Founding Day”, which commemorates the foundation of the First Saudi State by Imam Mohammed bin Saud.
On his part, the Grand imam fully appreciates the pioneering role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in serving the issues of both Arab and Islamic nations, praising thereby the close relation between the KSA and Al-Azhar institution and praying to the Almighty Allah to maintain peace, security and stability of the KSA.
