Al-Azhar strongly condemns the terrorist attack that targeted today a water-lifting station west of Sinai, which killed 11 military personnel, including an officer, and injured five others.
Al-Azhar affirms that all Egyptians stand united with our brave soldiers from the military and police forces in their war against this treacherous terrorism.
The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar extends his sincere condolences to President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, the families of our martyrs, the armed forces, and the Egyptian people, asking the Almighty God to admit the martyrs to His paradise, support the victims' families with patience and solace, and bless the injured with a speedy recovery.
