His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmed Al-Tayeb and Al-Azhar scholars send their heartfelt condolences to the leaders and people of Palestine over the fire victims who passed away due to the fire that broke out in a building in Jabalia refugee camp, western Gaza, and resulted in scores of deaths and injuries.
For its part, Al-Azhar Al-Sharif stresses its full solidarity with the Palestinian people in this tragic incident, supplicating Allah, the Almighty, to send down tranquility and safety upon the Palestinians.
In addition, the Grand Imam offers his heartfelt condolences to the victims’ families, praying to Allah, the Almighty, to shower the dead with His infinite Mercy and to grant the injured a speedy recovery.
