Al-Azhar Observatory for Combating Extremism continued the activities of the “Towards a Youth-Oriented Vision for Combating Extremism and Terrorism” program. As a part of the cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, the Observatory received a number of students from Alexandria University, who received two lectures. The first lecture shed light on some of the ideas circulated on social media websites, revealing their dangers, while the second lecture was about the dangers of the wrong use of technology on the security and stability of societies.
