Al-Azhar Observatory for Combating Extremism (AOCE) continues the activities of the "Towards a Youth-Oriented Vision for Combating Extremism and Terrorism" program. As a part of the cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, AOCE received a number of students from Arish University for a number of interactive lectures. The first lecture shed light on the danger of terrorist groups’ exploitation of technology to recruit youth. The second addressed, in detail, the mechanism by which these terrorist groups spread their delusive thoughts. The third, final, lecture tackled the features of moderate religious discourse and how to differentiate between what is right and what is wrong on different websites.
