Al-Azhar emphasizes that killing innocent people is prohibited in all religions and refused by all laws, norms and international covenants, regardless of one’s faith, color or race. Meanwhile, Al-Azhar calls for the protection of all places of worship to preserve their inviolability against any attack, and stresses that such criminal acts incite troubles, and racial and religious hatred, which are a breeding ground for terrorism to spread chaos and achieve destructive agendas.
