The Grand Imam Congratulates President Sisi, the Ministry of Interior, and the Egyptian People on the Anniversary of Police Day and the 25th January Revolution

     His Eminence, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Prof. Ahmed al-Tayeb expresses his heartfelt congratulations to his Excellency President Abd al-Fattah al-Sisi, the Ministry of Interior, and all the Egyptian people on the occasion of the Police Day and the 25th January revolution.  
In this regard, Al-Azhar al-Sharif expresses its great pride and deep appreciation for the leading role that police officers performed in the battle of al-Ismailia, as they sacrificed their lives for the sake of maintaining security and stability in the homeland. In addition, Al-Azhar stresses that the police officers engraved their names in the pages of honor and pride in Egyptian history, stressing that this anniversary will remain in the hearts of the Egyptian people to renew their determination for the work and construction of Egypt. 
Al-Azhar al-Sharif extends his congratulations to his Excellency, President al-Sisi, and all the Egyptian people on the occasion of 25th January Revolution that composed a new chapter in the history of Egyptian struggle. 
The Grand Imam invokes Allah, the Almighty, to help the president continue the course of construction and development so that Egypt enjoys prosperity and stability, and to protect Egypt and its people from all calamities.
