For the Second Consecutive Year, Al-Azhar Participates in the Cairo International ‎Book Fair

In a specific pavilion and for the second consecutive year, Al-Azhar participates in the 49th Cairo International Book Fair (27 Jan. – 10 Feb. 2018). The participation reflects Al-Azhar keenness to build bridges of communication and understanding with people of different social classes and to keep them aware of the tremendous efforts exerted by Al-Azhar for establishing and promoting the societal peace, combating the extremist thought, and raising the awareness of the Jerusalem Cause and its history. Al-Azhar will show a number of publications, booklets, documentary videos and a panorama of Al-Azhar Memory.

Al-Azhar’s different sectors such as Al-Azhar Center for Combating Extremism, Al-Azhar Global Fatwa Center, Islamic Research Academy, Al-Azhar University, Al-Azhar Institutes Sector, The World Association for al-Azhar Graduates, Al-Azhar Center for Translation and Al-Azhar Ruwaqs (Porticoes) will take part in the Pavilion.
