Al-Azhar Consoles to Iraq

     His Eminence, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar and the head of the Muslim Council of Elders, Prof. Ahmed al-Tayeb, offers heartfelt condolences to the Iraqi government and people over the devastating fire that broke out in Nineveh province and resulted in scores of deaths and injuries. The Grand Imam further extends his sincere condolences to the grieving families’, praying to Allah, the Almighty, to shower the victims with His infinite mercy and grant their families forbearance and solace, and wishing speedy recovery for the injured.
