Al-Azhar offers its heartfelt condolences to the leaders and people of Pakistan over the victims of the flood that ravaged many parts of the country and resulted in scores of deaths and injuries and left thousands of people homeless.
Al-Azhar expresses its full solidarity with Pakistan, and is hopeful the country will soon overcome this tragic crisis, praying to the Almighty Allah to bestow His infinite mercy upon the victims and support their families with patience and solace and grant the injured a speedy recovery, and hopes meanwhile for peace, security and stability to prevail in Pakistan.
