The Zionist occupation continues its scheme to empty Palestinian cities and camps of their people. The military operation, dubbed “Iron Wall”, claimed the lives of 70 Palestinian martyrs, and forcibly displaced 40 thousand people in the West Bank. It is one of the most devastating military campaigns against cities and villages in the West Bank, launched just two days after the start of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. The occupation has completely destroyed the Jenin camp; demolishing and burning houses.
The aggression is escalating and expanding, as the Zionist war minister announced an enlargement of this military operation claiming: “We are crushing the infrastructure of terrorists in those refugee camps to cut their way back.”
Recently, the occupation has intensified its systematic military operations in the West Bank, especially “collective forced displacement” of Palestinians from their homes, as witnessed in Jenin camp, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams. According to the UNRWA, this campaign has resulted in the forced displacement of almost 40,000 Palestinians, a practice that the Agency has warned against its repercussions.
Therefore, Al-Azhar Observatory for Combating Extremism (AOCE) warns against the Occupation’s intentions to continue its aggression against Palestinians, whether in Gaza or the West Bank, trying to fabricate a new reality in the occupied territories, eliminate the Palestinian cause, and forcibly displace its people. The AOCE completely warns and rejects such evil plans and actions, asserting that Palestine is, and shall ever be, an integral part of the Arab and Islamic worlds.
