New Historical Documents Affirm the Zionist Entity's Atrocities against the Palestinians

In a recent weekly issue, Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper, unveiled a report on historical documents showing the atrocities and crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinians since it occupied the country in 1948. These documents highlighting the crimes of genocide and forced displacement by the Zionist occupation started to be published recently, especially after the emergence of the new historians who uncovered the crimes of the occupation.

Four years ago, namely in May, the Israeli historian "Tamar Novick" found a historical document in the "Yad Yaari" Archive in Givat Haviva settlement- a document that "shocked" her, as she put it.

It unveils the details of the massacre that took place in the Palestinian "Al-Sifsaf" village in October 1948 under the title of "Heram" operation. The document states that "The soldiers arrested 52 men and chained some of them before they dug a trench where they shot them dead. Ten men were still drawing in their last breaths as women begged the soldiers not to kill them, yet the four soldiers continued shooting, nonetheless. The death toll was 61, with three women raped, including a 14-year-old teenager. They also cut off the finger of one of the victims to take his ring."

Al-Azhar Observatory for Combating Extremism believes this historical document is a conclusive proof of the crimes committed by the Zionist occupation, and that those Zionist usurpers fear recalling these atrocities in efforts to hide evidence of crimes they committed against the Palestinians. With that said, the Observatory calls on all human rights organizations and stakeholders to take action against this Zionist entity, to bring into effect the terms of the international law on these anti-human crimes and to support the Palestinian cause.
